Fear and uncertainty gripped residents of Ibadan on Wednesday after gunmen reportedly abducted the younger sister of former Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, along with her twin sons in a brazen attack that has once again drawn attention to the worsening security situation in Oyo State.

The victims were identified as Mrs. Olaide Busayo Adegoke John-Paul and her two sons. The incident, according to reports, took place in the Elewura area of Ibadan where the family was said to be going about their normal daily activities before being intercepted by the armed men.
